The physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual benefits of a regular
yoga practice are profound and have changed my life.
I have been practicing yoga since 2011 and became certified in 2019. While I am not presently focusing on teaching yoga in a classroom setting, I feel drawn to making myself available for private sessions, specifically with those just beginning a practice. Whether your goal is simply to get a better sense of what yoga has to offer, to become comfortable enough to start taking public classes, or to develop a strong self practice, if we work together , I will design a session (or sessions) based on your needs, physical and otherwise.
Private yoga sessions can take place in my home studio or at Inner Sense Healing Arts, both of which are in the Avondale/Logan neighborhood of Chicago, IL. If you'd prefer for me to travel to your home for a session, that may be possible for a small additional fee.
